The staff here is super friendly and always nice. The rooms are cozy and feel like they've just been set up. They even have a coffee and tea setup, a comfy seating area, and a desk for writing. The bed was so comfy, and the shower was spotless! 🛏️

In itself, the Quality Inn Edison is certainly a very good hotel, but we had the following problem .. Due to a storm, the power went out during our stay (one night), from about 7pm until we left on next morning. So there was nothing hot for breakfast, it was permanently dark, you couldn't blow-dry your hair and, and, and .. I am aware that this is force majeure, but we were not accommodated in this regard. When we checked out at the reception we said we would not want to pay the full price. We already had, because prepayment by credit card. The employee promised to take care of it and that we would definitely get to know about compensation. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort has come to this day. I think it's pretty wrong to show so little reaction as a hotel chain. We will definitely not be staying at a Quality Inn again.

This place served as a great home base for exploring the area. We had a lot of fun and the staff, especially the Manager, were exceptional. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and the city a short distance away. 👍

Everything was fine, decent location near bus stations or train, the staff were genuinely helpful! The room was brand-new and welcoming with a king size bed, and I enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was short walk to stores in the area, the grocery store and good bars and restaurants.

The hotel has kind employees, especially the receptionists at the front desk. The rooms were fantastic, equipped with all the modern amenities. The location was great, albeit a bit challenging to find due to the traffic flow in the area. The place offered good value for the price. it was a pleasant experience at the Quality Inn Edison-New Brunswick in Edison. The friendly staff, well-equipped rooms, convenient location, and reasonable pricing made for a satisfying stay.

Best coffee I have ever had. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was a little too firm for me, but that is a personal preference issue. Would go back again if the need occurred.

I truly enjoyed the room with a king size bed; the bed was comfortable. Tried great coffee, muffins, and eggs. The hotel's location was nice and decent near bus stations or train. It was so close to the shopping mall as well as the expo center.

The hotel is reasonably clean. The room is well-equipped and a nice size. The staff are especially helpful and amiable. It is adjacent to restaurants, good bars, and the NJ Expo center. The hotel has great food and excellent service.
